Risk analysis

No thought every project have risk involved which the creator must have to overcome in order to make a successful final product Like wise during my group project we faced some issues from equipment issues to just weather changing dramatically, we had to work around this issue and overcome them in order to finally complete our group project according to the schedule.

1#Casting wise: As we were less group members and later my group member left media studies I needed to ask some people to be part of my cast and be for example the subject or hold the light, it was hard to do as there were not many people willing to help us and our friends were busy with examination so there were not able to help us either how ever with only 1 to 2 of us we were still able to manage this.

2# Location wise: our photoshoot were mainly in door which created a lot of problems with the lighting due to no natural light and because we were not experienced with lighting it was very difficult to take ideal pictures we wanted but with a lot of trial and error we were able to mange to pull this off

3# Equipment wise: we did not had any professional cameras like a DSLR and had to make due with our normal phone camera, even though phone camera have gotten very good in past few years, me and my cast members only had mid budget phones which caused some photos to lose quality and not show up the way phone was showing or wanted, it was also hard to manually adjust the setting as phone operating system were not optimized for that. We also had to bring power banks to keep the phones and our equipment powered and charged due to constant electricity power outage in our country which also caused some issues in editing as sometime some work was left un saved and auto save feature did not save it in time.

4# weather wise: The weather was cold and it even rained sometimes, which made it very hard to go to our desired location as there were factors like fog effecting transport, I also had to take public transport such as rikshaw which do not have full cover which lead to me getting sick as well ,which in turn effected my schedule.
